The Patients Association is a registered charity which gathers the opinions of patients on health and social care issues. This information is used to campaign for improvements in services across the UK.

Their motto is 'Listening to Patients, Speaking up for Change'.

The Patients Association obtain feedback through surveys, focus groups and listening events.

In addition, it offers a Helpline, and booklets which provides signposting and information for patients and supports them through healthcare services.
