Mole Valley Family Centre

Description

Mole Valley Family Centre covers the areas of Dorking, Leatherhead, Bookham, Ashstead and all the villages in Mole Valley. We offer support to families with children aged 0-11 who are experiencing challenging circumstances. We are based on Goodwyns Road in Dorking but offer home visits and other services across Mole Valley.

We offer parenting support, counselling, specialist groups and support for parents in the postnatal period.

We also offer Parenting course for Dads in Mole Valley. Mole Valley Family Centre run regular 'Time out for Dads' parenting courses on Zoom. The course is run over 5 weeks in an evening and is led by Dads. It's a great time for Dads to meet and think about what they can do to be the best possible Dad for their kids. Ideal for separated parents, lone parents as well as those living with a partner.

Freedom programme at Mole Valley Family Centre

We offer regular Freedom programme courses both in groups and on a one to one. These are held in Leatherhead and Dorking. The Freedom Programme is a course for survivors of domestic abuse, which helps people to make sense of what has happened to them. It explores the beliefs and attitudes surrounding domestic abuse and also considers how children are affected by witnessing abuse.

Please contact us for more info about the next course.
