If you've recently had a baby come and join us for some fresh air and reduce your isolation and improve your health and wellbeing. 1030 - 1130 am Thursdays - we have a wonderful group of parents meeting our friendly team outside the café, then walking along the canal and enjoying a cuppa at the Canal Centre.
