TAG Youth Club for Disabled Young People

TAG Youth Club is a registered charity that aims to empower and optimise the potential of young people who have a disability between the ages of 15 and 25. This is achieved through a range of work, at both the youth centre and in the local community; we aim to provide young people with a safe, caring, well equipped environment which is accessible, giving them the opportunity to participate in personal and social development activities including arts, drama, music and sport.

What we do:

  • TAG Youth Club provides a provision which delivers a programme of personal, social and educational opportunities to young people with disabilities or additional needs.
  • Open throughout the year on Friday nights, between 7.30pm and 9.30pm. We also hold special activities outside of our core provision and organise family events.
  • Available to any young person aged between 15 and 25 and has a disability or additional need .
  • Has an experience workforce in place, our youth workers are fully trained and have all completed a level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Adapts activities to meet the needs of the individual. The club has a wide range of resources available, the list is endless, so there is literally something for everyone.
