Surrey Early Support Service

Description

When a child has complex needs or multiple disabilities there may be a large number of people involved in providing services for them. From birth to five years old, the Surrey Early Support Service brings together parents/carers, health, education, social care and the voluntary sector.

They coordinate services and make sure everyone involved is aware of the overall needs of the child and the family. The more services a family uses and the greater the number of people who are involved, the more likely it is that they can help.

To refer to this service, please ask a professional working with your family to email the completed 'Request for Support' form (WORD) to cspa@surreycc.gov.uk – clearly stating that you would like a referral into the Early Support Team.
