Description
Kane FM MindWaves Project provides young people aged 14 to 25 with mental health and learning challenges, some experience of what it's like to work on a community radio station.
It enables them to gain skills in digital music, editing, broadcasting, hardware, and software use as well as the opportunity to gain an Arts Award. Attendees also gain confidence and social skills through working with others in a friendly environment and support onto their next steps into education or work. Days and hours are flexible and agreed on a case-by-case basis.
