The Freephone 24 Hour National Domestic Violence Helpline is a national service for women experiencing domestic violence or their family, friends, colleagues and others calling on their behalf. The Helpline can give support, help and information over the telephone, 24 hours a day.

If you are unable to talk they offer an online live chat Monday-Friday from 3pm-10pm, they also have a BSL interpeter service which is available from 10am-6pm on Monday-Friday.
