Safe Haven

Providing people experiencing a mental health crisis with professional out of hours support across Surrey, open every evening.

With professional staff, including mental health practitioners able to carry out mental health assessments if needed, wellbeing workers peer support in a welcoming setting, Safe Havens can offer an appropriate alternative to A&E for those experiencing mental health problems and their careers.

There are five Safe Havens open in town centre locations across Surrey and North East Hampshire to residents of any district or borough within this area. So, for example, if you live in Epsom you could go to the Guildford Safe Haven.
