Monthly workshops on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. Each workshop lasts 2 hours. Topics will be on issues such as:

• Understanding boys
• Advanced communication skills with children
• Understanding 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds
• Discipline strategies
• Understanding your unique child
• How to stop brothers and sisters fighting
• Play
• How to develop high self-esteem in children
