Childline is a free confidential service for children and young people up to the age of nineteen. It is available any time, day, or night. Children can talk to Childline on the phone, by email or through a 1-2-1 counsellor chat.

A safe space for young people aged between 10 - 18 years to talk about worries and mental health in a confidential and friendly, supportive environment.

Although based in Guildford, Epsom, Staines, and Redhill the Havens are open for anyone to attend from across the county. At the centres there is a youth worker, youth mental health nurse and a children's rights worker.

No Panic is a registered charity which helps people who suffer from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, and other related anxiety disorders. No Panic also provides support for the carers of people who suffer from anxiety disorders.

Shout is a free, confidential, anonymous text support service. It is available for those experiencing a personal crisis, feeling unable to cope or need support. Text Shout to 85258. You will connect with a trained crisis volunteer who will listen without judgement, to help you move from crisis to calm by texting back and forth and only sharing what you feel comfortable with.

Shout can help with urgent issues such as suicidal thoughts, abuse, self-harm, bullying and relationship challenges. But if your life is in imminent danger, you should call 999.
