Parenting teenagers can be stressful and challenging. This course will tackle some of these challenges and help you understand your teenager better so you can have a calmer, happier family life.

The topics of the 4 sessions are:
- being a parent of a teenager
- what is going on for a teenager
- communication
- managing conflict

It is suitable for anyone parenting pre-teen or teen aged children in Elmbridge, Spelthorne and Epsom and Ewell.

Teenagers are rewarding, stimulating and fun, but being a parent or carer of one can
 be stressful and challenging. Taking place over 4 sessions, The Talking Teens Parent Group helps deal with those challenges so you can have a calmer, happier family life.

This virtual course will run from on Fridays from the 17^th September 2021 until 8^th of October 2021 and is for parent/carers who live in Elmbridge, Epsom and Ewell and Spelthorne.
